FCC and Expert Panel Discuss the Triennial Review Order

A panel of officials including state utility commissioners, analysts and academics discuss the Federal Communication Commission’s (FCC) Triennial Review Order.
Among those participating in the discussion are: Dr. Steven Wildman and Dr. Johannes Bauer from the Michigan State University College of Communication Arts and Sciences and the Quello Center; Michelle Cary, Chief of the competition Policy Division of the FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau, and Commissioner Rebecca Klein, chair of the Texas Public Service Commission and head of a national task force that is examining states' roles in the Triennial Review. Also participating are Professor David Gabel of Queens College in New York and economist/analyst Robert Loube.
Wildman, Bauer, Gabel and Loube are all nationally recognized figures in telecommunications issues, and all have taught sessions during the Institute of Public Utilities’ two-week regulatory studies program.
